Terms
Terms of service
The agreement covering the purchase and use of a Greenevreport report.
Draft — requires legal review before launch
These terms describe the product as built. They have not been reviewed by counsel. Before launch, the limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, dispute resolution and governing law clauses in particular must be reviewed for the jurisdictions in which reports will be sold.
1. What you are buying
A Greenevreport report is a formatted presentation of vehicle data made available through Tesla’s Fleet API at the time of collection, together with a verification page, verification ID and QR code. The price is $149 per vehicle, charged once.
2. What a report is not
A report is not a mechanical inspection, a warranty, a guarantee, a certification, or an appraisal. It does not establish that a vehicle is free of defects. The absence of reported alerts means only that the vehicle reported none during a limited window.
The Battery & Range Score describes estimated retained range relative to the original EPA rating. It is not a measurement of battery pack capacity and not a prediction of remaining battery life. The full calculation is published on the methodology page.
Buyers relying on a report should still arrange an independent pre-purchase inspection.
3. Authorization and your responsibilities
You must be the vehicle’s owner or have the owner’s permission to authorize access and to publish a report about it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing you attach a report to, and for not presenting a report as something it is not.
4. Data availability
Tesla does not guarantee the availability of any particular data for any particular vehicle. Where data is unavailable, the report states so. If a vehicle returns so little data that the report has no substance, contact us and we will refund the purchase.
5. Refunds
We refund a purchase where the report could not be generated, where the data returned was insufficient to produce a meaningful report, or where you were charged in error. Write to support@greenevreport.com.
6. Sharing and misuse
You may share your report and verification link freely. You may not alter a report, misrepresent its contents, present a report for one vehicle as covering another, or use Greenevreport branding to imply that we have certified or endorsed a vehicle.
7. Availability of verification pages
We intend to keep verification pages available for as long as your account remains open, so that links you have given buyers continue to work. We may remove a report we believe is being used to mislead.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenevreport’s total liability arising from a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for decisions made by buyers or sellers in reliance on a report.
9. Trademarks
Greenevreport is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model S, Model 3, Model X and Model Y are trademarks of Tesla, Inc., used here only to identify the vehicles a report covers.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Reports already issued remain governed by the methodology version recorded on them.
